Therapy Sessions [Waitlist Only]
For Massachusetts residents ONLY that begins with an intake session where I gather information about your clinical presentation followed by the needed number of sessions tailored with a personalized treatment plan.
Coaching Sessions [Waitlist Only]
For individuals looking for a one-time session for clarity, motivation, and tools needed to make meaningful changes in their lives. These sessions are supportive and are NOT considered therapy.
About my clinical approach:
I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, life transitions, mood challenges, and identity questions. I take a relational, culturally attuned approach that honors how family, culture, and history shape your experience. I help clients explore patterns, build psychological skills, and reconnect with their inner strength. When welcomed, I integrate spiritual practices and liberation psychology into treatment. If you're seeking a therapist who brings warmth, depth, and care, I’d be honored to support your healing.
I offer trauma-informed therapy grounded in cultural awareness and spiritual openness. My specialty is in helping clients uncover the roots of distress and develop sustainable tools for emotional regulation, relational healing, and self-trust. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, combining evidence-based strategies with a compassionate and attuned presence.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck between worlds, know that you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can be witnessed, explore what has shaped you, and gently move toward healing, agency, and clarity. I’d be honored to walk with you.
Sessions FAQs

Therapy is a health service for mental health concerns that need clinical care, sometimes alongside other providers. It’s available to Massachusetts residents and can be billed to insurance. Coaching is for anyone looking for general support and growth, isn’t a mental health treatment, and is private pay at $200 per session.

Many of my clients identify as Muslim, Arab, South Asian, Black, first- or second-generation immigrants, or come from communities with strong cultural or spiritual traditions. I’m attuned to the complexity of navigating identity, faith, family, and healing and welcome conversations about culture and belonging in our work together.

Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how I work. This is an open conversation to help you decide what’s right for you with no pressure to commit to working together.

My standard out-of-pocket fee is $200 per 50-55 minute session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss payment options.

I only take insurance for Massachusetts residents, where I provide therapy. I do not provide therapy for individuals who do not reside in MA. I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Cigna, and Aetna. If I am not in your network, I can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement. Many insurances reimburse folks for out-of-network providers, you would need to call your insurance provider to determine what this process may look like.

That’s completely valid and unfortunately, not uncommon. If you’re open to trying again, I aim to create a space where you feel respected and truly seen. We can talk about what didn’t feel right in the past and co-create a process that feels more aligned with what you need now.
