About my clinical approach:

I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, life transitions, mood challenges, and identity questions. I take a relational, culturally attuned approach that honors how family, culture, and history shape your experience. I help clients explore patterns, build psychological skills, and reconnect with their inner strength. When welcomed, I integrate spiritual practices and liberation psychology into treatment. If you're seeking a therapist who brings warmth, depth, and care, I’d be honored to support your healing.

I offer trauma-informed therapy grounded in cultural awareness and spiritual openness. My specialty is in helping clients uncover the roots of distress and develop sustainable tools for emotional regulation, relational healing, and self-trust. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, combining evidence-based strategies with a compassionate and attuned presence.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck between worlds, know that you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can be witnessed, explore what has shaped you, and gently move toward healing, agency, and clarity. I’d be honored to walk with you.

  • Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how I work. There’s no pressure—just an open conversation to help you decide what’s right for you.

  • Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes and held weekly, especially at the start of our work. Weekly sessions help us build momentum and safety. As you progress, we may adjust the frequency depending on your needs and goals.

  • I am an in-network provider with Oxford, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, Point32 (Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts), Cigna, and Aetna. If I am not in your network, I can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement. Many insurances reimburse folks for out-of-network providers, you would need to call your insurance provider to determine what this process may look like.

  • My standard out-of-pocket fee is $200 per 50-55 minute session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss payment options.
